This Privacy Policy explains how Magnum Tracker ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at magnumtracker.online (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — the username and email address associated with your Magnum Tracker account, and a securely hashed password.
• Subscription information — limited billing-related identifiers provided by our payment partner (Whop) to confirm your subscription status. We do not store full payment card details; those are handled by the payment provider.
• Service data you add — the Reddit usernames, nicknames, links, and configuration you enter to organize your work, plus publicly available Reddit post data that the Service fetches and stores for analytics (such as post titles, subreddits, upvotes, comments, dates, and content URLs).
• Usage information — basic technical data such as login timestamps and activity within the Service, used to operate and secure the product.

2. Public Reddit Data

The Service analyzes publicly available information from Reddit. We do not require you to log in to Reddit, and we do not access private messages, private account settings, or any non-public Reddit data. The Reddit usernames you choose to track are entered by you, and the associated post data is already public on Reddit.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its analytics features;
• Authenticate your account and confirm your subscription status;
• Generate AI-assisted suggestions and insights based on your data;
• Communicate with you about your account, including service and support messages;
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, and security risks.

4. AI Processing

Certain features send your relevant Service data (such as a summary of your tracked post performance) to an AI model to generate suggestions and answers. This processing occurs to deliver the feature you requested. AI output is informational and may be inaccurate; see our Terms of Service for details.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:

• Service providers — such as our hosting provider, our payment partner (Whop), and the infrastructure used to fetch public data and run AI features, each acting on our behalf to provide the Service;
• Legal compliance — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Magnum Tracker, our users, or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and Service data for as long as your account is active. Archived Reddit accounts and their data are retained for a limited period (approximately 30 days) before deletion, and accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be removed. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and restricting access to stored data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@magnumtracker.online. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

10. International Users

The Service may be operated from, and your information may be processed in, jurisdictions other than your own. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations with different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
