Access to the Service is provided through a paid subscription processed by our payment partner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@magnumtracker.online if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment provider (Whop). By subscribing, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Subscription fees are recurring until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service includes AI-assisted features that generate suggestions, analyses, and informational guidance. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to act on any suggestion. Magnum Tracker does not guarantee any particular result, including engagement, growth, or avoidance of platform enforcement.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data sourced from third-party platforms and content you provide), is owned by Magnum Tracker and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any analytics or AI output will be accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGNUM TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACCOUNTS (INCLUDING SUSPENSION OR BANNING OF ANY THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnum Tracker from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
